Made-to-Order Products

All Conquest Mindset products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or other customer preference reasons.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@conquestmindset.ca.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you will not be required to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled item. If a return is required, we will provide instructions for doing so.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

If you have not received your refund after the applicable processing period, please contact us at info@conquestmindset.ca.

Non-Eligible Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect size selections
  • Incorrect colour selections
  • Other customer preference reasons

This does not affect any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer-protection laws.
