Shipping policy

We are proud to offer shipping across Canada only. All orders are fulfilled using print-on-demand production, meaning each item is custom-made for you after your order is placed.
Production Time
- All products are made to order.
- Production typically takes 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, most Canadian orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on location.
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 5–10 business days total
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and size
- Your shipping address within Canada
- Free shipping is automatically applied on qualifying orders over $99.
Important Notes
- We ship only to valid residential or business addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless the carrier specifically allows it.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged for return shipping and re-shipping costs.
- Once the order has been produced and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
- Tracking numbers are provided via email (and usually visible in your customer account) as soon as the carrier receives the package.
